Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
• Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand their aesthetic preferences and lifestyle requirements
• Provide tailored styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete, cohesive looks that resonate with individual customers
• Showcase multiple ways to wear and style products, encouraging customers to explore new styles and expand their personal aesthetic
• Guide customers through the purchase decision process and ensure a seamless, enjoyable checkout experience
• Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, building brand loyalty and encouraging repeat visits
• Drive sales results through strong customer relationships, compelling brand storytelling, and deep product knowledge
• Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
• Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling to accommodate business needs, including evenings, weekends, holiday periods, and high-traffic retail days
• Provide and receive constructive feedback in a professional, collaborative manner

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Professional selling skills with demonstrated ability to build rapport with diverse customer types
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
• English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market)
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly, up to 50 lbs. occasionally; capacity to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom environments

Experience

Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Strong background in customer engagement, styling, or fashion retail is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal education requirement stated.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
