Kate Spade seeks a Seasonal Stylist in Arvin, California, to advise customers on product selection, develop personalized looks, and deliver a seamless shopping experience. The role also supports sales results and store operations, including stockroom organization and POS transactions; it is part-time and requires schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and public holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests confidently and warmly, demonstrating strong product knowledge.
- Listen actively and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs.
- Offer styling advice, recommend add-on products, and create complete looks.
- Show creative ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles.
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and provide a seamless checkout experience.
- Affirm customers’ choices and encourage them to return.
- Drive results through customer connections and storytelling.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand and product attributes across all categories.
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and point-of-sale transactions.

Qualifications

- English proficiency or proficiency in the local market language.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days, including public holidays.
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.
