Role & Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain stockroom inventory with precision and efficiency
- Process point-of-sale transactions and handle merchandise accurately
- Support sales associates by retrieving and restocking products on the sales floor
- Execute inventory management protocols and verify stock accuracy
- Lift and maneuver merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs regularly
- Work flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and high-traffic retail periods
- Contribute to a clean, organized retail environment across sales floor and stockroom
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail or stockroom environment preferred
- Ability to lift and carry merchandise regularly (up to 25 lbs) and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Physical capability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work a schedule including nights, weekends, and public holidays
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a retail or stockroom environment is preferred. Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; specific formal education is not required.
