Kate Spade Seasonal Stock Associate — Orlando, FL. Part-time warehouse role supporting receiving, inventory accuracy, merchandising and occasional customer-facing duties.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently; update inventory records as required.
- Replenish and organize merchandise on the sales floor and in the stockroom to uphold visual and brand standards.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, proper tagging and stockroom organization.
- Operate a box truck for stock transfers and deliveries (valid driver's license required).
- Support sales team with customer-facing tasks, including dressing and styling suggestions when needed.
- Keep back-of-house areas clean and safe; follow loss-prevention and safety procedures.
- Perform physical tasks including regular lifting (25 lbs.) and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing, bending and kneeling.
Qualifications
- Prior retail experience, preferably in a fast-paced or seasonal environment.
- Prior experience operating a box truck and a valid driver’s license.
- Strong interpersonal and professional selling skills with customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Able to perform physical duties required for stock handling (lifting, bending, climbing).
- English proficiency.
Skills
Experience
Prior retail experience is required; prior experience driving and operating a box truck is mandatory. Seasonal or warehouse experience is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
