Kate Spade New York seeks a Seasonal Stock Associate in Orlando, FL (part-time) to support inventory, replenishment and merchandising at its Ocoee/Orlando operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and process incoming shipments; verify quantities and update inventory records.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom to ensure fast, accurate replenishment of the sales floor.
- Replenish merchandising on the sales floor in accordance with brand visual standards and presentation guidelines.
- Support point-of-sale operations and assist customers with purchases as needed to ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Collaborate with store and warehouse teams to maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist with inventory audits to support loss-prevention goals.
- Uphold brand standards in product presentation and contribute styling suggestions to enhance customer engagement.
- Operate safely during manual handling tasks; lift, carry and move merchandise (regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail or warehouse environment.
- Demonstrated professional selling skills and strong interpersonal communication.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work collaboratively within a fast-paced team.
- Comfortable learning and applying omnichannel and virtual selling techniques.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting and sustained movement across the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
Entry-level retail or warehouse experience required; prior stockroom, receiving or replenishment experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
