Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers warmly; use deep product knowledge to advise and inspire purchases.
- Provide personalised styling consultations, build complete looks, recommend add‑ons and demonstrate multiple ways to wear products.
- Drive sales through storytelling and strong client relationships, meeting daily and seasonal targets.
- Execute point‑of‑sale transactions and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain operational excellence: organise the salesfloor and stockroom, receive and merchandise inventory, and assist with stock replenishment.
- Contribute candid, constructive feedback and collaborate proactively with the store team.
- Work a flexible retail schedule—including nights, weekends, peak season and holidays—and perform physical tasks (regularly lift ~25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience; experience in fashion or lifestyle retail preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Comfortable with social media engagement and willing to learn omni-channel/virtual selling techniques.
- Availability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical capability to lift and move merchandise and to navigate salesfloor and stockroom tasks.

Experience
Previous experience in a retail sales role is required; candidates with hands‑on styling or client advisory experience in fashion or lifestyle brands will be advantaged.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or training in fashion, merchandising or retail is a plus.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
