Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain elevated visual merchandising standards: replenish displays, execute floor moves and ensure stock is presentation‑ready.
  • Support inventory processes including receiving, tagging, cycle counts and stock organization; notify management of discrepancies.
  • Assist with store operational tasks during peak trading periods — opening/closing procedures, loss prevention, and maintaining a pristine salesfloor.
  • Provide basic clienteling: capture client information, fulfil requests, and coordinate with store leadership for follow‑up where appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holiday periods; able to commit to the temporary assignment schedule.
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal presence consistent with a luxury brand.
  • Basic numeracy and proven experience with cash handling and transaction reconciliation.
  • Ability to stand and be mobile for extended periods and to lift packages up to 25 lbs (11 kg).

Experience
