Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and with confidence, demonstrating solid product knowledge across all categories
  • Listen actively and ask pertinent questions to understand client needs and aesthetic preferences
  • Provide styling advice, suggest complementary items, and create complete looks tailored to customer requirements
  • Demonstrate creativity in presenting multiple styling options and encouraging clients to explore new fashion directions
  • Guide customers through purchasing decisions and ensure smooth checkout transactions
  • Celebrate and validate customer choices while inviting repeat visits and building lasting relationships
  • Generate sales results through strong customer relationships and compelling brand storytelling
  • Maintain deep knowledge of brand heritage and product characteristics across all categories
  • Uphold operational excellence, including stockroom organization and point-of-sale transactions

Qualifications
