Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and establish rapport while demonstrating thorough product knowledge.
- Conduct consultative styling conversations to discover customer preferences and create complete looks.
- Recommend complementary items and upsell through storytelling and curated outfit building.
- Execute accurate POS transactions and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain visual and operational standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including inventory organization and merchandising.
- Apply omnichannel selling techniques and support virtual or social selling when required.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback; contribute to team goals and store performance.
- Adhere to physical requirements of the role (regularly lift ~25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs) and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and holidays.

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant retail, fashion or styling coursework preferred but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
