Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests with warmth and confidence, demonstrating robust product knowledge.
- Provide personalised styling advice, assemble complete looks and suggest relevant add-ons to drive average transaction value.
- Use creativity to demonstrate multiple ways to wear and integrate products into customers’ wardrobes.
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and deliver a seamless checkout experience using the POS.
- Maintain operational excellence: organise the sales floor and stockroom, execute merchandising standards, and support inventory tasks.
- Cultivate repeat business by reinforcing customer choices and inviting future visits.
