Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, build rapport and deliver personalised styling advice to help customers discover and express their personal aesthetic.
- Create complete looks and recommend add‑on items through product storytelling to drive conversion and average transaction value.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across categories and convey brand DNA in all customer interactions.
- Execute point‑of‑sale transactions accurately and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organisation, merchandising standards and inventory replenishment.
- Adopt omni‑channel selling practices and support virtual or social selling initiatives when required.
- Work a flexible schedule to support peak retail periods, including nights, weekends and public holidays, and safely handle merchandise (regularly lift 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Proven interpersonal and professional selling skills with strong verbal communication.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; luxury or contemporary fashion retail preferred.
- Capacity to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Familiarity with social media and willingness to learn omni‑channel/virtual selling techniques.
- Availability for a flexible, retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holiday peaks.
Skills
Experience
Prior retail experience is required; candidates with background in fashion, accessory or lifestyle retail and experience in consultative selling or styling will be prioritized.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or credentials in fashion, merchandising or a related field are a plus.
