Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, demonstrating thorough product knowledge and brand storytelling.
- Provide personalised styling advice, assemble complete looks, and suggest complementary items to drive sales.
- Deliver a seamless point-of-sale experience, process transactions, and manage returns according to policy.
- Maintain operational standards including stockroom organisation, visual merchandising upkeep, and inventory replenishment.
- Adapt to omni-channel and virtual selling opportunities; promote follow-up and client retention.
- Work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; perform occasional heavy lifting (regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
