Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality client service and build lasting client relationships consistent with Kate Spade brand standards.
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives through proactive selling, product storytelling and clienteling.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately: process sales, returns, exchanges and payments while ensuring correct cash handling.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to brand guidelines, including replenishment and window/fixture upkeep.
- Support inventory tasks: stockroom organization, receiving shipments, cycle counts and seasonal inventory operations.
- Adhere to loss prevention procedures and store security protocols while representing the brand professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience, preferably in fashion, accessories or luxury retail; seasonal/temporary experience is an asset.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional appearance.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet retail peak periods.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move merchandise per store operational needs.
- Legal authorization to work in the hiring country.

Education
