Kate Spade is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate in Novi, MI (Twelve Oaks Mall) — part-time, $15–$19.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, build rapport and demonstrate deep product knowledge across categories.
- Provide personalised styling advice, assemble complete looks and suggest complementary add-ons.
- Drive sales through storytelling, customer engagement and proactive follow-up to encourage repeat visits.
- Execute seamless POS transactions and maintain operational excellence including stockroom organisation and inventory replenishment.
- Adopt omni-channel and virtual selling techniques, including social media engagement, to support client acquisition and retention.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment by giving and receiving constructive feedback.
- Perform physical tasks required on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including regular lifting (25 lbs) and occasional handling up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment.
- Comfortable multitasking, prioritising and collaborating within a team.
- Social media awareness and a willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holiday periods and high-traffic retail days.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and perform routine physical tasks in a retail environment.

Experience
Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is required; seasonal retail or luxury brand experience is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable meeting sales targets and engaging clients in a high-traffic mall environment.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
