Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized client service that reflects the Kate Spade brand and drives sales conversion.
- Execute selling techniques including clienteling, suggestive selling and follow-up to meet short‑term sales targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor and displays are guest‑ready at all times.
- Process transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale system and handle cash, cards and returns according to policy.
- Receive, unpack and process stock; conduct inventory counts and assist with loss‑prevention measures.
- Support in‑store events, promotions and seasonal activations, providing operational and guest support as required.

Qualifications
- Proven customer service or retail sales experience; luxury or premium brand experience preferred.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holiday periods common to retail peak seasons.

- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with retail (merchandising, stock handling, standing for extended periods).
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment and willingness to comply with company screening procedures.
