Role & Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and engage guests; assess needs through active listening and insightful questioning.
- Provide personalized styling advice and create complete looks that integrate Kate Spade product categories.
- Drive sales through storytelling, suggest add-ons and close transactions using POS.
- Maintain operational excellence: merchandise presentation, stockroom organisation and inventory tasks.
- Support omni-channel selling and virtual/remote client interactions as required.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to build loyalty and encourage repeat visits.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
- Safely perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), bending, climbing and stockroom maneuvering.
Qualifications
