Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service to drive conversion and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process sales, exchanges and returns accurately; handle cash and card transactions securely.
  • Support visual merchandising standards: maintain displays, replenish floor stock and ensure the salesfloor reflects current brand directives.
  • Execute receiving, tagging and basic inventory-management tasks to maintain stock accuracy and store presentation.
  • Contribute to loss-prevention procedures, maintain store housekeeping and assist with opening/closing duties as required.
  • Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holiday periods to meet store staffing needs.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or hospitality training is advantageous.
  • Authorization to work in the United States (proof of eligibility required).
  • Demonstrated customer-service orientation with a professional, brand-appropriate manner.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and peak retail seasons.
