Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver best-in-class, client-focused service on the salesfloor, including proactive engagement, styling advice and follow-up to cultivate repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective clienteling techniques.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately: process sales, returns, exchanges and payments; maintain cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards, including replenishment, window dressing and shelf/fixture styling to brand guidelines.
  • Support receiving, stockroom organization, inventory counts and loss-prevention practices to ensure product integrity.
  • Assist with gift packaging, appointment readiness and order fulfillment for special requests or client orders.
  • Contribute to a professional store environment by adhering to company policies, attendance expectations and health & safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods; able to work variable shift patterns during peak seasons.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, customer-facing manner.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to stand for extended periods and assist with light stock handling.
  • Comfortable operating a POS system and performing basic cash-handling duties.

Experience
