Role & Responsibilities
- Provide proactive sales support to store teams and sales advisors, including clienteling, order fulfilment and follow-up communication with customers.
- Process transactions, returns and special orders accurately using the store point-of-sale system; ensure proper cash handling and daily reconciliation.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock replenishment and backroom organisation; coordinate with distribution for replenishment and transfers.
- Prepare and manage sales documentation and administrative tasks such as invoicing, gift receipts and client records in CRM.
- Support visual merchandising standards on the sales floor and in windows, assisting store leadership with resets and seasonal launches.
- Monitor and report on sales KPIs, assist with basic sales analysis and communicate trends or client feedback to store management.
- Deliver outstanding customer service both in-person and by phone/email, resolving client enquiries and escalating complex issues to management.
- Contribute to loss-prevention practices and ensure compliance with brand policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, retail or fashion preferred.
- 2+ years of retail support, customer service or sales experience — preferably within luxury or premium fashion brands.
- Proven ability to deliver high levels of client service and to build rapport with a discerning customer base.
- Strong numerical accuracy and experience with cash-handling and POS transactions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional presentation.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational aptitude, and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.

Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on retail support, customer service, or sales experience; experience within luxury or premium fashion retail is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary qualification in business, retail, or fashion is preferred.
