Kate Spade in Woodstock, GA seeks a part-time Sales Support Associate to manage deliveries, inventory and floor replenishment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and prioritise inbound deliveries; inspect shipments and ensure accurate logging and storage.
- Organize and maintain accessible merchandise in the stockroom and on the selling floor to support selling readiness.
- Monitor stock levels and unit counts; maintain inventory accuracy and report on sales performance to inform replenishment.
- Support daily floor replenishment, product relocations and visual merchandising adjustments to optimise presentation.
- Execute price changes and markdowns in accordance with company procedures and maintain pricing integrity.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisational standards across the selling floor, stockroom and offsite warehouse areas.
- Perform inventory audits and contribute to shrinkage-reduction initiatives and compliance activities.
- Provide occasional customer assistance on the sales floor and collaborate with the sales team to meet operational needs.
- Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays; lift and manoeuvre merchandise (regularly 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Previous retail service experience with demonstrated customer-service aptitude.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage multiple customers and support colleagues.
- Proven ability to multitask, remain results-driven and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.

- Familiarity with social media and a willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques.
- Physical capability to lift merchandise (regularly 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform stockroom duties.
