Kate Spade New York Sales Support Associate in Williamsburg, Virginia. Part-time retail position managing inventory, stock, and store operations. $15–$19.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and process inbound deliveries promptly while monitoring and prioritizing daily workload
- Organize and maintain accessibility of merchandise in stockroom and selling floor
- Maintain knowledge of stock levels, unit counts, and sales performance metrics
- Support floor moves and ensure selling floor is consistently stocked throughout operating hours
- Execute price changes and markdowns according to company directives
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards across selling floor, stockroom, and warehouse areas
- Audit compliance protocols and work toward achieving shrinkage reduction goals
Qualifications
- Previous retail service experience with demonstrated passion for retail and the service industry
- Excellent client service and communication skills with ability to engage multiple customers
- Elevated sense of personal style aligned with Kate Spade brand aesthetic
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days
Skills
Experience
Previous retail service experience required; passion for the retail and service industry essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail training certifications a plus.
