Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and prioritise inbound deliveries to ensure merchandise is store-ready.
- Maintain an organised, accessible stockroom and ensure the selling floor is consistently replenished throughout the day.
- Monitor stock levels, perform unit counts and report discrepancies to support inventory accuracy.
- Execute price changes, markdowns and tagging according to visual merchandising and pricing guidelines.
- Support floor moves, merchandising resets and basic visual standards to preserve brand presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisational standards across selling floor, stockroom and any offsite storage.
- Conduct audit and loss-prevention controls to help achieve shrinkage and compliance targets.
Qualifications
- Previous retail service or stockroom experience; demonstrable passion for retail and customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage multiple customers and collaborate with teams.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, public holidays and peak seasonal periods.
- Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (and occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre throughout the store.

Experience
Previous retail service experience is required; experience with inventory control, stockroom operations, visual merchandising or omnichannel selling is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
