Kate Spade in North Charleston, SC seeks a part-time Sales Support Associate to manage deliveries, inventory and floor replenishment at Tanger Outlets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and prioritise inbound deliveries to ensure timely availability of merchandise for the selling floor.
- Organise and maintain stockroom and back-of-house areas to maximise accessibility and operational efficiency.
- Monitor stock levels, perform unit counts, and report on sales performance to support replenishment decisions.
- Execute floor moves, price changes and markdowns; maintain consistent on-floor merchandising and replenishment throughout the day.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation standards across selling floor, stockroom and offsite/warehouse spaces.
- Support audit and loss-prevention activities to help achieve shrinkage targets.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience with a demonstrable passion for retail operations.
- Excellent client service orientation and strong verbal interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise a changing workload, and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Physical ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform tasks requiring climbing, bending and kneeling.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Experience
Previous retail service or stockroom experience is required; candidates should demonstrate practical experience in merchandising, receiving, or inventory operations.
