Role & Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in a fashion or lifestyle brand, preferably within a premium or contemporary-luxury environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and deliver high-touch client service.
- Strong numeracy and administrative aptitude with experience preparing sales reconciliations and basic reports.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Professional presentation and strong interpersonal communication skills.

Several years of hands-on retail experience, with a track record of supporting sales teams, managing store operations and contributing to measurable sales growth; supervisory or senior associate experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in fashion, retail management or business is advantageous.
