Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and process inbound deliveries promptly while monitoring and prioritizing daily workload
- Organize and maintain accessibility of merchandise in stockroom and selling floor
- Maintain knowledge of stock levels, unit counts, and sales performance
- Support floor moves and ensure the selling floor is consistently stocked throughout the day
- Execute price changes and markdowns as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards across the selling floor, stockroom, and offsite storage or warehouse areas
- Audit compliance and work toward achieving shrinkage goals
- Lift merchandise regularly (up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs) and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom as needed
Qualifications
- Previous retail service experience with passion for retail and the service industry
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and remain results-driven in a fast-paced environment
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and peak seasonal periods
- Strong English language proficiency
- Physical ability to lift, climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom regularly
Skills
Experience
Previous retail service experience required; experience in warehouse or inventory management, stockroom operations, or floor merchandising is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
