Kate Spade Sales Support Associate in Milpitas, California – Part-time retail operations role managing inventory, deliveries, and floor support. $15.00–$24.25/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and process inbound deliveries promptly; monitor and prioritize daily workload
- Organize and maintain accessibility of merchandise in stockroom and selling floor
- Maintain knowledge of stock levels, unit counts, and sales performance
- Support floor moves and ensure selling floor is consistently stocked throughout the day
- Execute price changes and markdowns as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards across selling floor, stockroom, and offsite/warehouse locations
- Audit compliance and work toward achieving shrinkage goals
- Lift and transport merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs regularly; climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom environments
Qualifications
- Previous retail service experience
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and remain results-driven in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and peak retail periods
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
Skills
Experience
Previous retail service experience required; passion for retail and the service industry. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment with multiple concurrent responsibilities.
