Kate Spade — Sales Support Associate (Part‑time) in Milpitas, CA. Manage inbound deliveries, stockroom inventory and daily floor replenishment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and process inbound deliveries promptly, triaging and prioritising daily workload to ensure on‑time stocking.
- Organize, maintain and ensure accessibility of merchandise in the stockroom and on the selling floor.
- Monitor stock levels, perform unit counts and support inventory accuracy to inform sales performance and replenishment needs.
- Execute floor moves, price changes and markdowns in accordance with visual and operational directives.
- Support continuous floor replenishment throughout the day to maintain a customer‑ready environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of selling floor, stockroom and any offsite/warehouse areas.
- Conduct audit and compliance activities to help achieve shrinkage and loss‑prevention targets.
- Perform physical tasks including regular lifting (up to 25 lbs) and occasional heavier lifting (up to 50 lbs); bend, climb and manoeuvre in a retail environment.
Qualifications
- Previous retail service experience; demonstrated passion for retail and customer service.
- Excellent client service and communication skills with the ability to engage multiple customers on the sales floor.
- Elevated personal presentation and an appreciation for the Kate Spade aesthetic.
- Familiarity with social media and willingness to learn omni‑channel and virtual selling techniques.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.

Experience
Previous retail service experience is required; hands‑on experience with stockroom operations, receiving deliveries and inventory control is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or certification in retail, merchandising or logistics is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
