Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and process inbound deliveries promptly; monitor and prioritize daily workload
- Organize and maintain accessibility of merchandise in stockroom and selling floor
- Maintain current knowledge of stock levels, unit counts, and sales performance metrics
- Support floor moves and ensure the selling floor remains consistently stocked throughout operating hours
- Execute price changes and markdowns as required by merchandising directives
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards across selling floor, stockroom, and offsite warehouse facilities
- Audit compliance and work toward achieving shrinkage reduction goals
Qualifications
- Previous retail service experience with demonstrated passion for the retail and service industry
- Excellent client service and communication skills; ability to navigate the sales floor and engage multiple customers
- Strong communication skills and an elevated sense of personal style
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally); ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
