Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and prioritize inbound deliveries to ensure timely stock availability.
- Organize and maintain merchandise accessibility in the stockroom and on the selling floor.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and unit counts; monitor sales performance to inform replenishment.
- Support floor moves and continuously replenish the selling floor throughout the day.
- Execute price changes, markdowns and tagging as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards across selling floor, stockroom and offsite/warehouse areas.
- Support inventory audits and initiatives to achieve shrinkage and compliance targets.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting (regularly up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs), bending, climbing and maneuvering throughout the store.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience; experience in fashion or lifestyle retail preferred.
- Excellent client service orientation and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Team‑oriented with a willingness to collaborate and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media and willingness to learn omni‑channel/virtual selling techniques.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to perform physical demands of the role, including regular lifting and stockroom duties.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
Some prior retail or customer service experience is required; experience in luxury, lifestyle, or fashion retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, hospitality or merchandising training is a plus.
