Kate Spade Sales Support Associate, Livermore, California — Part-time retail operations role managing inventory, deliveries, and stockroom at San Francisco Premium Outlets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and process inbound deliveries promptly while monitoring and prioritizing daily workload
  • Organize and maintain accessibility of merchandise in stockroom and selling floor
  • Maintain knowledge of stock levels, unit counts, and sales performance data
  • Support floor moves and ensure selling floor is consistently stocked throughout operational hours
  • Execute price changes and markdowns as directed by management
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization standards across selling floor, stockroom, and offsite warehouse facilities
  • Audit compliance metrics and work toward achieving shrinkage reduction goals
  • Lift and transport merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; climb, bend, and kneel as required

Qualifications

  • Previous retail service experience with demonstrated passion for retail and service industry
  • Excellent client service and communication skills with ability to engage multiple customers
  • Elevated sense of personal style and strong communication ability
  • Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
