Kate Spade New York is hiring a Sales Support Associate in Las Vegas to manage deliveries, inventory, and floor operations on a part-time basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and process inbound deliveries promptly while monitoring and prioritizing daily workload
- Organize and maintain accessibility of merchandise in stockroom and selling floor areas
- Maintain knowledge of stock levels, unit counts, and sales performance across product categories
- Support floor moves and ensure the selling floor remains consistently stocked throughout the day
- Execute price changes and markdowns as required by corporate directives
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards across selling floor, stockroom, and warehouse facilities
- Audit compliance and work toward achieving shrinkage and loss prevention goals
Qualifications
- Previous retail service experience with demonstrated passion for retail and the service industry
- Excellent client service and communication skills with ability to navigate sales floor and engage customers
- Strong communication skills and elevated sense of personal style
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling
- Strong English language proficiency
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Experience
Previous retail service experience required; demonstrated passion for retail and the service industry preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal post-secondary education required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
