Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, prioritize and process inbound deliveries; maintain accurate receiving records and manage daily workload.
- Organize and maintain merchandise accessibility in the stockroom and on the selling floor.
- Monitor stock levels, unit counts and sales performance; support regular inventory audits and shrinkage-control initiatives.
- Execute floor moves, replenishment and price changes/markdowns to ensure the selling floor is consistently stocked.
- Maintain cleanliness and organizational standards across the selling floor, stockroom and any offsite/warehouse locations.
- Support frontline selling by assisting with customer requests on the floor and enabling efficient client service flows.
Qualifications
- Previous retail service experience and demonstrated passion for retail operations.
- Excellent client service skills with strong verbal communication and interpersonal ability.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel/virtual selling techniques.
- Physical ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and maneuver within stockroom and sales floor.

Experience
Previous retail service experience is required; experience in stockroom duties, inventory control or floor replenishment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
