Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and prioritise inbound deliveries to ensure timely stock availability.
- Organise and maintain the stockroom and selling floor for accessibility and visual standards.
- Monitor stock levels, perform unit counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
- Support daily floor moves and continuous replenishment to keep selling floor fully stocked.
- Execute price changes and markdowns according to company procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation across selling floor, stockroom and offsite storage.
- Support audit compliance and contribute to shrinkage reduction targets.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience with a demonstrable passion for retail.
- Excellent client service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel/virtual selling techniques.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling and climbing.

Previous retail or service experience is required; candidates should demonstrate familiarity with sales-floor operations, stock handling and customer-facing service in a fast-paced retail environment.
