Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, process and prioritise inbound deliveries to ensure timely stock availability.
  • Organise and maintain the stockroom and selling floor for accessibility and visual standards.
  • Monitor stock levels, perform unit counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
  • Support daily floor moves and continuous replenishment to keep selling floor fully stocked.
  • Execute price changes and markdowns according to company procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation across selling floor, stockroom and offsite storage.
  • Support audit compliance and contribute to shrinkage reduction targets.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail or customer service experience with a demonstrable passion for retail.
  • Excellent client service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel/virtual selling techniques.
  • Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling and climbing.
