Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to store sales teams, including processing transactions, returns and exchanges with accuracy and discretion.
  • Maintain client records and execute clienteling activities to nurture relationships, schedule appointments and follow up on leads using the store CRM.
  • Manage inventory processes: receiving, tagging, replenishment, cycle counts and season-end reconciliations to preserve stock integrity.
  • Prepare and deliver daily and weekly sales and operational reports to store leadership; identify trends and anomalies requiring managerial attention.
  • Support visual merchandising standards by executing floor moves, replenishment and product presentation in line with brand directives.
  • Coordinate shipment and fulfilment activities, liaise with distribution/warehouse partners, and oversee loss-prevention protocols.
  • Coach and mentor junior sales staff on transactional procedures, client service routines and operational best practices when required.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of professional retail experience within premium or luxury brands; strong client-service orientation.
  • Excellent numerical acuity and attention to detail demonstrated through accurate cash handling and inventory reconciliation.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to cultivate long-term client relationships and work collaboratively with store leadership.
  • Demonstrated discretion handling confidential customer information and high-value merchandise.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods; ability to travel occasionally if required.

Experience

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, fashion or a related field preferred.
