Kate Spade Sales Support Associate III in Grand Prairie, Texas – manage inventory, stock shelves, and support retail operations. Part-time, $15–$19.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process inbound deliveries promptly and prioritize daily workload
- Organize and maintain merchandise accessibility in stockroom and selling floor
- Maintain current knowledge of stock levels, unit counts, and sales performance
- Support floor moves and ensure consistent selling floor stocking throughout operating hours
- Execute price changes and markdowns according to company directives
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards across selling floor, stockroom, and warehouse facilities
- Conduct compliance audits and work toward achieving shrinkage reduction goals
- Lift and transport merchandise up to 50 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs regularly; climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom as needed
Qualifications
- Previous retail service experience with demonstrated passion for retail and customer service
- Excellent client service and communication skills with ability to engage customers on the sales floor
- Strong communication abilities and elevated personal sense of style
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong English language proficiency
- Physical capability to lift, climb, bend, and kneel regularly as part of daily duties
Skills
Experience
Previous retail service experience with demonstrated knowledge of retail operations and merchandise handling. Familiarity with fast-paced retail environments and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal tertiary education required.
