The Sales Support Associate keeps Kate Spade’s store organized and customer-ready by processing deliveries, maintaining stock accuracy, replenishing the selling floor, and upholding operational standards. This is a part-time role with a base pay range of $15.00–$19.50 per hour.

Role & Responsibilities

• Process inbound deliveries promptly and monitor and prioritize the daily workload.
• Organize merchandise and maintain its accessibility in the stockroom and on the selling floor.
• Maintain knowledge of stock levels, unit counts, and sales performance.
• Support floor moves and keep the selling floor stocked throughout the day.
• Execute price changes and markdowns as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across the selling floor, stockroom, and offsite warehouse.
• Audit compliance and work toward achieving shrinkage goals.

Qualifications

• Previous retail service experience and a passion for retail and the service industry.
• Excellent client service and communication skills, with the ability to maneuver the sales floor and engage multiple customers.
• A strong communication ability and an elevated sense of personal style.
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni and virtual selling techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
