Sales Support Associate III at Kate Spade New York in Cypress, Texas. Manage inventory, process deliveries, and support retail operations. Part-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and process inbound deliveries promptly, monitoring and prioritizing daily workload to maintain operational efficiency
- Organize and maintain accessibility of merchandise throughout the stockroom and selling floor
- Monitor and maintain knowledge of stock levels, unit counts, and sales performance metrics
- Support floor moves and ensure the selling floor remains consistently stocked throughout business hours
- Execute price changes and markdowns in accordance with operational requirements and promotional calendars
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards across the selling floor, stockroom, and offsite warehouse locations
- Audit compliance protocols and work toward achieving inventory shrinkage goals
- Lift and maneuver merchandise regularly (up to 25 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs.) while climbing, bending, and navigating the sales floor and stockroom
Qualifications
- Previous retail service experience with demonstrated passion for the retail and service industry
- Excellent client service and communication skills with ability to engage multiple customers on the sales floor
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible scheduling
- Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs. (occasionally up to 50 lbs.), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
Skills
Experience
Previous retail service experience in a fast-paced retail environment with demonstrated competency in inventory management and merchandise organization. Experience in supporting sales floor operations and maintaining stockroom standards is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
