Kate Spade Sales Support Associate III in Commerce, California—organize inventory, manage deliveries, and support retail operations at CITAdel Outlets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and process inbound deliveries promptly while monitoring and prioritizing daily workload
  • Organize and maintain accessibility of merchandise in stockroom and selling floor
  • Maintain knowledge of stock levels, unit counts, and sales performance
  • Support floor moves and ensure the selling floor is consistently stocked throughout the day
  • Execute price changes and markdowns as required
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization standards across selling floor, stockroom, and offsite warehouse facilities
  • Audit compliance and work toward achieving shrinkage goals

Qualifications

  • Previous retail service experience with demonstrated passion for the retail industry
  • Excellent client service and communication skills with ability to navigate the sales floor
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days

Experience
