Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and process inbound deliveries promptly, prioritizing daily workload and monitoring receipt accuracy
- Organize and maintain accessibility of merchandise in stockroom and selling floor to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain current knowledge of stock levels, unit counts, and sales performance
- Support floor moves and replenishment throughout operating hours to keep selling floor consistently stocked
- Execute price changes and markdowns in accordance with company directives and promotional calendars
- Maintain high cleanliness and organization standards across selling floor, stockroom, and warehouse areas
- Audit inventory compliance and work toward achieving shrinkage and loss prevention goals
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, bending, and maneuvering within sales and storage areas
Qualifications
- Previous retail service experience with demonstrated passion for retail and customer service
- Excellent client service and communication skills with ability to engage multiple customers on the sales floor
- Elevated personal sense of style and fashion awareness
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
