Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and prioritise inbound deliveries; ensure timely unpacking and accurate logging of merchandise.
- Organize and maintain stockroom and selling-floor inventory for easy access and visual presentation.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct unit counts and report on sales performance and replenishment needs.
- Support floor moves and continuous replenishment to maintain optimal product presentation throughout the day.
- Execute price changes, markdowns and inventory audits to support shrinkage control and compliance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation standards across selling floor, stockroom and offsite storage.
Qualifications
- Previous retail service or stockroom experience; demonstrable passion for retail and customer service.
- Excellent client-service skills with the ability to engage multiple customers on the sales floor.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and collaborative.
- Comfortable with omni-channel and virtual selling techniques and social-media awareness.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Physical ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and kneel.
