Kate Spade seeks a part-time Sales Support Associate in Albertville, Minnesota, to process deliveries, maintain accurate and accessible stock, replenish the sales floor, execute price changes, and uphold store organization and compliance standards. The role requires previous retail service experience, strong client service and communication, schedule flexibility, and the ability to meet stated physical demands; base pay is $15.00–$19.50 per hour.

Role & Responsibilities

• Process inbound deliveries promptly and monitor and prioritize the daily workload.
• Organize merchandise and maintain its accessibility in the stockroom and on the selling floor.
• Maintain knowledge of stock levels, unit counts, and sales performance.
• Support floor moves and keep the selling floor stocked throughout the day.
• Execute price changes and markdowns as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across the selling floor, stockroom, and offsite warehouse.
• Audit compliance and work toward achieving shrinkage goals.

Qualifications

• Previous retail service experience and a passion for retail and the service industry.
• Excellent client service and communication skills, with the ability to maneuver the sales floor and engage multiple customers.
• Strong communication skills and an elevated sense of personal style.
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high-traffic retail days, including public holidays.
• Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.; climb, bend, and kneel; and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.
