Kate Spade Sales Support Associate, Albertville Premium Outlets, Minnesota. $15–$19.50/hr, part-time retail operations role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and process inbound deliveries promptly; monitor and prioritize daily workload
- Organize and maintain accessibility of merchandise in stockroom and selling floor
- Maintain knowledge of stock levels, unit counts, and sales performance
- Support floor moves and ensure selling floor is consistently stocked throughout the day
- Execute price changes and markdowns as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards across selling floor, stockroom, and offsite warehouse
- Audit compliance and work toward achieving shrinkage goals
- Lift and maneuver merchandise regularly (up to 25 lbs. regularly, up to 50 lbs. occasionally)
Qualifications
- Previous retail service experience and demonstrated passion for retail
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible retail environment including nights, weekends, and peak seasonal periods
- Physical capability to lift, climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Strong English language proficiency

Previous retail service experience in a fast-paced retail environment is required. Familiarity with luxury retail operations and omni-channel retail concepts is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal educational requirements specified.
