Kate Spade Sales Supervisor in Vancouver, BC: Drive store sales, lead high-performing retail team, manage operations and client relationships. $18–$23/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive personal and team sales performance while achieving store KPI targets; analyze metrics and implement best practices to improve results and operational efficiency
- Build and nurture client relationships through proactive outreach and Kate Spade service standards; ensure exceptional in-store and after-sales experiences; lead retention initiatives for VIP clients
- Model Kate Spade brand service behaviors and set the tone on the sales floor, acting as a host and brand ambassador who creates meaningful customer conversations and experiences
- Coach team members on performance and sales goals; support recruitment, onboarding, role modeling, and ongoing training initiatives
- Provide performance feedback to store leadership; advocate for team development needs and foster an inclusive, equitable, and diverse work culture
- Perform and supervise opening and closing procedures including cash handling, bank deposits, register operations, and key-holding responsibilities
- Accurately process POS transactions and manage inventory functions including transfers, receiving, shipments, repairs, and damages to maintain inventory integrity
- Maintain organized stockroom operations; direct timely replenishment to ensure product availability on the sales floor
- Drive omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives including live-stream shopping and brand-safe social media engagement
- Lead customer data capture initiatives to support loyalty program growth and repeat purchase behavior
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of retail service experience in a management or floor leadership role, preferably in luxury or premium retail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Demonstrated social media literacy and understanding of platform trends
- Comfort with omni-channel and virtual selling tools, and clienteling systems
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly, up to 50 lbs. occasionally; comfortable climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering sales floor and stockroom environments
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, peak busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
Skills
Experience
2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role, with experience in luxury or premium retail strongly preferred. A combination of relevant education and professional experience will be considered.
