Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily sales operations and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and motivate sales associates to enhance their performance.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure merchandise is displayed according to brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within retail sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is preferred.
