Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Drive sales performance and conversion by coaching the sales team, setting clear targets and monitoring KPIs.
  • Deliver an elevated, brand-consistent client experience through personalised service and clienteling.
  • Oversee merchandising standards and visual presentation to ensure product displays meet brand guidelines.
