Kate Spade Sales Supervisor role in Halton Hills, Ontario—lead retail sales, team, and operations with luxury brand excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive personal and team sales performance, analyzing metrics to achieve KPI targets and improve operational efficiency
  • Build and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach and adherence to Kate Spade service standards; lead VIP retention initiatives
  • Model Kate Spade service behaviors, setting the tone on the sales floor and creating an engaging, customer-centric environment
  • Coach and develop team members on sales performance and goal achievement; support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training
  • Provide performance feedback to store leadership and advocate for individual development needs
  • Foster an inclusive, equitable, and diverse culture that empowers teams to thrive authentically
  • Execute opening and closing procedures including cash handling, bank deposits, register operations, and facility security (key-holding)
  • Process POS transactions and manage inventory functions—transfers, receiving, shipments, repairs, and damages—to maintain integrity
  • Supervise stockroom organization and direct timely merchandise replenishment to the sales floor
  • Drive omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives, including live-stream shopping and social media engagement
  • Lead customer data capture initiatives to grow loyalty programs and repeat purchases
  • Lift and maneuver merchandise regularly (up to 25 lbs., occasionally 50 lbs.) and navigate the sales floor and stockroom effectively

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of retail service experience in a management or floor leadership role; luxury or premium retail preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage customers and staff confidently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Social media literacy and understanding of platform trends
  • Comfort with omni-channel and virtual selling tools and clienteling systems
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
  • Physical capability to lift, climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver in retail and stockroom environments
