Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests warmly; build rapport and act as a trusted style advisor.
- Conduct needs-based consultations to curate looks and recommend complementary items across categories.
- Drive sales through storytelling, product knowledge and proactive clienteling.
- Execute omni-channel selling and virtual styling techniques to convert and retain customers.
- Operate POS systems and ensure accurate, efficient checkout and transaction processing.
- Maintain operational excellence: organise stockroom, execute visual merchandising and manage inventory replenishment.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback; contribute to a collaborative, high-performance store culture.
- Perform light physical tasks required by retail operations, including lifting and merchandising.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with exemplary interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in fashion, accessories or lifestyle categories.
- Comfort with omni-channel selling and willingness to learn virtual selling tools and social selling techniques.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend and manoeuvre on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
Prior retail experience required; experience in fashion or accessories preferred. Demonstrated track record in individual sales performance and customer-focused selling is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; formal higher education not required for entry-level retail positions.
