Kate Spade is hiring a part‑time Retail Stylist in Sunrise, FL (Sawgrass Mills). Temporary associate role focused on styling, sales and customer engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and establish rapport, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across categories.
- Conduct discovery conversations, actively listen and ask targeted questions to identify customer needs and styling goals.
- Provide personalised styling advice, assemble complete looks and suggest add‑ons to increase basket value.
- Demonstrate multiple ways to wear and integrate products creatively to inspire customer exploration.
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and execute accurate POS transactions to ensure a seamless checkout.
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organisation, visual presentation and inventory replenishment.
- Contribute to team performance by sharing constructive feedback and participating in sales storytelling and floor initiatives.
- Work a flexible schedule to support peak trading periods, nights, weekends and public holidays; perform regular physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs (frequently) and up to 50 lbs (occasionally).
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience with demonstrable customer service and sales results.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a fast‑paced team environment.
- Comfort with social media channels and a willingness to learn omnichannel/virtual selling techniques.
- English proficiency (local language proficiency acceptable per market) and ability to work a flexible schedule.
Skills
Experience
Prior retail sales experience is required; candidates should demonstrate professional selling abilities, customer-focused storytelling and a history of contributing to store targets and visual standards.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; formal retail, fashion or customer service training is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Sunrise, Florida, USA, with easy access to Miami.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
