Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that express individual aesthetic
  • Showcase multiple ways to wear products using creativity to encourage customers to explore new styles
  • Guide customers through the purchase decision process and ensure a seamless checkout experience
  • Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
  • Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, POS transactions, and inventory management
  • Give and receive feedback in a constructive, professional manner
  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
  • Lift, carry, and maneuver merchandise on sales floor and in stockroom, with ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
