Kate Spade New York seeks a part-time Sales Stylist in Orlando, Florida. Provide styling expertise, drive customer engagement, and deliver luxury retail experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade New York categories
  • Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand preferences and requirements
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary items, and create cohesive complete looks
  • Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting them to return
  • Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
  • Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS transactions
  • Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner
  • Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling to accommodate business needs including evenings, weekends, and high-traffic retail days

Qualifications

  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Prior retail experience in a fashion, lifestyle, or luxury goods environment
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team
  • Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and public holidays

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; additional fashion, merchandising, or business education is advantageous but not required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
